quoting your stone counter tops
To help us get you a quote follow these steps 4 easy step
1. layout
Firstly you will need a layout of your kitchen or bathrooms, while designer drawings or professional blue prints are always best but they are not the only way we can get you a quote. You can measure your existing counter tops, and on a piece of paper draw the layout and write down some rough measurements. Click here to download our Customer Quote Form to use as a template for your drawing.
You can then email them to us at contact@greyvein.ca, or come visit us at the shop.
2. material selection
The next step is to select your material, and there are many to chose from. You may wish for a certain colour, pattern, durability, feel, or supplier. These variables change per customer based on their needs. Please refer to our "Products" section on our web page to learn about materials.
There are also different thickness of stones you can chose, the most popular ones are the 3cm (1 1/4”) or 2cm (3/4”). we can also miter any edge to any thickness you like.
You can also visit our show room and select something from one of the suppliers sample books, or go directly to one of our suppliers and select a colour.
Please be advised that due to Covid some suppliers might be running low on various materials, so please chose more than one option. If you already chose a material at a supplier, you can tell us what material you liked and where, We will then put a hold on the material and start the quoting process.
3. stone details
We will need to know any extras you would like in your kitchen or bathroom.
You can have a standard edge profile like and eased edge or do you wish to have a premium edge like an ogee?
Will your counters require back splash? for example standard 4” or full height?
Will your counters require mitered edges, or waterfall gables?
